Press the tofu (1 pack), make sure to get all excess water out

Thinly slice the tofu

Mix the onion powder (1 tsp), nutritional yeast (1 Tbsp), tamari (3 Tbsp), maple syrup (1 ½ Tbsp), vegetable oil (1 Tbsp), liquid smoke (1 ½ tsp), and worcestershire (1 tsp). Pour over tofu slices and marinate for at least an hour (I like to do it overnight)

Preheat oven to 400˚F (190˚C)

Place tofu slices on a lightly oiled (1-2 Tbsp) baking pan.

Bake for 15 minutes OR until the tofu is CRISPY!
