Whisk together the soy sauce (¾ cup), garlic (8 cloves, minced), brown sugar (3 Tbsp), rice vinegar (2 Tbsp), sesame oil (1 Tbsp), gochujang (1 Tbsp), ginger powder (2 tsp), black pepper (1 tsp), and sesame seeds until combined.

Use immediately as a marinade, or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to a week.
