Directions

Cook the meatballs (1 pack) according to package directions (pan, oven, or air fryer all work). While still warm, sprinkle with any optional seasonings — oregano, garlic powder, cumin, onion powder, and smoked paprika all work great for that gyro flavor. Halve or slice each meatball.

Add the lettuce, tomatoes (1 to 2 cups, halved), red onion (½, thinly sliced), kalamata olives (1 cup, pitted and sliced), and feta (to taste) to a large bowl.

Add the warm meatballs (1 pack) and toss everything together.

Spoon tzatziki (to taste) over the top to taste and serve immediately.
Extra Notes
We often use a bagged salad mix to keep this quick — romaine or iceberg both work great if you're chopping fresh.
For easy leftovers, toss everything together except the feta, tzatziki, and meatballs, then add those to individual bowls when serving. The undressed salad keeps well in the fridge.
